When you take the Evidence Based Birth® Childbirth Class, you and a partner will:

Receive mentoring from your own Evidence Based Birth® Instructor

Your Online EBB Childbirth Class includes:

Mentorship from Natalia, your EBB Instructor and experienced doula and childbirth educator

Live classes via Zoom (4-6 sessions depending on format) to review and discuss the stages and physiology of labor, advocacy, coping, the evidence around medical procedures and their non-medical alternatives, creating birth plans, and preparing for the challenging postpartum period

Access to the EBB Parent Portal where you’ll watch online videos before each class on your schedule, plus digital resources

The EBB Childbirth Class Workbook - A digital workbook is included with each ticket, or purchase a hard copy spiral-bound workbook
